The position further requires the candidate will obtain a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform GPS work. Failure to maintain (or obtain, if applicable) the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements that results in the employee unable to perform the requirements of the role, may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in technology consulting, or similar in the federal government space.
  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with organizing chaos associated with complex program, and navigating ambiguity, while introducing the right level of structure.
  • Experience with various project management tools/methodologies and respective tradeoffs.
  • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks, models, and tools.
  • Being proactive and willing to drive technical discussions or resolve technical issues with Engineering leads.
  • GCP or PMP certifications.
