As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have the exciting opportunity to offer exceptional services to the business, from identifying top talent for open roles to providing invaluable insights into the competitive landscape and advising on the best talent attraction strategy. You will develop a strong employer brand with a focus on employee advocacy while collaborating with RPO recruiters to ensure consistency in all talent acquisition processes. Your role will involve partnering strategically with the business, understanding priority needs, and influencing hiring decisions to deliver optimal results. You will be supportingCentral Eastern, South Eastern Europe, and Greece/Cyprus regions.
