. This role is responsible for the operation and optimization of the installed Honeywell software solutions that control the sites BMS functionality. You will be responsible for the Energy management of the third-party HVAC solution and will be responsible to drive any engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning and ongoing support/maintenance and upgrades that may be required of all Operational Technology (OT), Enterprise Applications and Connected Services delivered into the service Line of Business (LOB).

Provide HVAC and BMS systems support and be the first contact for all issues

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Qualification r degree n c hni l c e either in A , r , c r , c c l r M r oni cs E r g

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in BMS controls/programming

Proficient experience in HVAC and BMS systems

Knowledgeable in BACnet/Modbus and Comfort Point y e s is ideal

Programming experience for system optimization and system efficiencies
