What will you do:
Manage a team of 10 employees
Professional growth of the team members
Define improvement goals for the team and leading the team to achieve the goals
Produce valuable content for our customers
Own the overall design, development, architecture, quality and production of the team’s products
Work hand-in-hand with product managers, product owners, other teams in the company and the team itself to deliver features from requirements to production
Be the R&D focal point in discussions with field and customers
Maintaining CyberArk culture
5+ years hands-on experience in software development.
5+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 5 developers
Cloud development and AWS knowledge and experience
Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
People person – establish good working realtionship with team members and other stakeholders
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Python knowledge and experience – an advantage
C++ knowledge and experience – an advantage
Information security experience – an advantage
Deep knowledge of windows internals – an advantage
