What You’ll Do:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Latin America.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive market penetration and sales performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing strategic insights to product management and R&D teams.
• Deliver high-impact technical presentations and hands-on customer support, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
• Drive order intake, revenue growth, and market share within your assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to support international business development.
What You Bring:
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Power System Protection Systems, including electrical relays, protection settings, and testing.
Expertise in Control Systems (RTUs, SCADA) and communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus, IEC60879).
• Knowledge of medium voltage switchgear and a solid technical foundation in the field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
