Your role will be critical in managing senior relationships both within and outside of Nikewhilst also ensuring you lead the team to success.
Day to day tasksinclude:
Key partner to the Senior Creative Director
Developing and pitching project concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners
Securing funding and managinglargeproduction budget
Overseeing contract negotiations with talent, crew, and vendors
Guiding the creative directionthrough production whilemaintainingthe project's vision
Building andmaintainingrelationships with key stakeholders
Deep connection to the creative industryand anup-to-datepoint of view of industry trends
Mentoring and developing talent within the production team
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

On a project basis, you will work with a variety of Nike Marketing partners,such asProcurement. You will be a trusted partnerSports Marketing and Entertainment when there are productions involving athletes and/or celebrity talent.
As the production expert on behalf of Nike, you will nurture your external creative network, building strong relationships on behalf of Nikethe industry at large.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
Minimum of 9 years of directly relevant work experience related in creative production.
Deep knowledge and passion for creativity,sports and culture.
xperienceleading large multi-million-dollarproductionsacross multiple mediums(Example:Print,Broadcast, still, AV,Digital andExperiential
Proven experience working within a creative agency or otherin-housecreative teams.
Experience leading productions with elite athletes and celebrities.
