What will you do:

o Event management and coordination for onsite delivery, open enrollment and virtual training enrollment

Trouble ticket support associated with training services

·Drive customer registration and usage for Red Hat Learning Subscription

· Serve as the an interface between the customer needs/requirements/requests and broader services organization; document offering specifications and communicate necessary details to respective customers

Collaboration with partners to disseminate information around Learning Subscription updates and create broader awareness of training availability and functionality

What will you bring:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Exceptional presentation skills with knowledge of virtual delivery platforms (zoom, google meets, skype, etc).

Account management/Account servicing/Project Management experience
