During your rotating practical phases, you will work in different teams and gain insights into various topics. What you'll do

Starting on March 1st, 2025, the program kicks off with a comprehensive five-week onboarding phase in which you will strengthen your technical skills and get to know SAP and your fellow program participants.

Regardless of your specific field of study, our program provides numerous opportunities within SAP. Throughout the program, you will rotate through four different departments (one per semester), which you can choose according to your interests.

For your personal and professional development, there will be plenty of training options for pursuing your individual development goals.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree with a grade average of 2.5 or better
• Acceptance letter for or enrollment in one of the following master’s programs at HPI (starting your master in October 2024 or March 2025):
  • Computer Science (M.SC.)
  • IT-Systems Engineering (M.Sc.)
• Advanced knowledge in the pursued master’s program (e.g., we expect well-grounded technical expertise and programming as well as data analytics skills for students of Information Systems)
• First professional experience through apprenticeships, long-term internships, or working student positions is a plus
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
• Self-starter and the willingness to learn every day
• Social thinking and acting are preferred
