Job Description

YOUR MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful applicants will be formally trained at one of our award-winning training centers in California, USA or, Singapore or Taiwan.
Domestic and international travel isrequiredon a regular basis.
Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting,diagnosingand repairing ofhighly complexcapital equipment at customer sites.
Be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction with our service andmaintainingthe operational quality of system equipment
Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
Provides assistance toInstallation Engineers in resolving problems.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school or ~3 years industry working experience. Technical military occupational specialties and training may be considered.
Ability to understand and tackle problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or electro-optical systems to addresson sitecustomer problems.
Experienceworking on electronic systemswithinsemiconductor, medical devices, defense,aerospace, or aviationindustry is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical andproblem-solvingskills.
Proventrack recordof engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment to address their needs and concerns.
Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things
Proactive communication thatfacilitatesseamless collaboration andaddresscustomer requirements effectively.
Fluent in English and Frenchlanguage isa must.
Full driver’s license
