Job Description
What you should do
Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Workfront platform
Consider system level processes and ensure build governance for project and portfolio tracking, communication, oversight and collaboration within Workfront
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand current state, difficulties and provide solutions to meet needs
Govern User Profile Management: Regularly validate that users have all the appropriate settings—layout template, job role, team assignments, etc. Perform quarterly license audits
Report and Dashboard Management: Create and manage reports that can be flexibly applied across users. Perform quarterly report and dashboard audits
Custom fields and forms management: Regularly review custom fields and forms. Create and update custom fields and forms to support various teams using Workfront
Configuration Creation and Maintenance: Create and maintain standard SDLC processes and related documents
Test Releases: Test Workfront beta preview releases and inform relevant stakeholders of Workfront Release changes
Maintenance and Updates: Perform general maintenance and updates of the Workfront system
What we expect from the ideal candidate
Minimum of 2 years Adobe Workfront sys admin and Workfront Fusion experience
Deep Understanding of Adobe Workfront: Have an in-depth understanding of Adobe Workfront's Integration processes, data model, and its capabilities
Workflow / Fusion Automation: Well versed with business workflow automation, workflow management, reporting dashboards, scenario planning, proofing capabilities, and goal alignment within Adobe Workfront. Experience in developing Fusion Automation Workflows for automation
Integration: Experience in creating integrations between a variety of platforms, products, and solutions with Adobe Workfront
Adobe Workfront certification(s) preferred
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
Experience in managing a variety of creative and complex projects and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience managing tight deadlines and effectively interfacing with all levels of a corporation
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), customer service, and process improvement skills
Comfortable working with a wide range of internal stakeholders
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with technical peers and business stakeholders across various workstreams
