Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Should possess indirect tax litigation basic level skills such as reading legal notices, orders; being able to discuss with seniors points of disputs; conduct research; drafting

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Law degree with certificate of practice preferably with a CA degree.

Prior experience/insight into GST and Customs, as also the erstwhile Indirect taxation viz. Sales Tax/ Service Tax/Central Excise is desirable.

Preferably some court exposure would be desirable.
