- Administer salary reviews, bonus cycles, and other reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with EY global policies and local labor regulations.
- Support benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
Benefits Administration
- Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, pension plans, flexible benefits).
- Liaise with external providers and ensure smooth delivery of benefits.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Stay updated on legislative changes impacting compensation and benefits.
Employee Support
- Act as a point of contact for compensation and benefits queries.
- Provide guidance and resolve issues promptly.

To Qualify for the Role, you must have
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
- Advanced Excel and HR systems knowledge.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
