Ensure brand presence (global footprint) and sell-through at store levelacross all our Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channels (Own Retail, Factory Outlets and Franchise) within Turkeyplans at window, ISC, POS/POP, campaign pillars, aiming for retail excellence.
Contribute to the creative processes that are run with various agencies, providing input to plans and coordinating brief, debrief, execution and post analysis stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input to the development of the overall local go-to-market plan against channel, account, store specific requirements
- Update campaign calendar via coordination with HUB, CTC, Merch teams
- Prepare local window activation & In Store communication briefs in line with the global toolkits
- Create and enhance agency and partner relationships; brief and debrief agencies to finalize the local assets, in terms of design and material
- Ensure timely delivery and correct usage of all assets
- Cooperate with VM and DTC teams to ensure excellence at all executions
- Analyze campaign KPIs, suggest action where needed
- Implement marketing activation plans for campaign / account specific needs by combining toolkit guidance withtailor-made ideas
- Support new store openings and refits by a collaborative approach and deliver trade marketing assets on time in full
- Track budget for all omni-marketing executions
Requisite Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and/or trade marketing disciplines
- Bachelors in related field required
- Previous experience working in a global & local matrix organization required
- Consumer and/or sporting goods industries experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation, coordination of cross functional project teams)
- Ability to provide input to and implement strategy
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Previous experience working with various agencies (creative, print, activation, event)
- Language skills : Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- IT skills : Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
