As our next, you’ll be responsible for the programming, debugging, installation, and startup of new or modified production and test equipment. Your expertise inwill be essential in supporting high-performance manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards
• Perform other related duties as required
• Technical diploma in Automation or Engineering Technology
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, robotics, and CNC maintenance
• Familiarity with Fanuc, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Siemens controls
• Strong knowledge of PLC, CNC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Understanding of APQP, PPAP, and QOS within IATF16949/ISO9001 frameworks
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High integrity and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
• Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing environments
• Proven success in implementing machine reliability improvements
• Ability to work overtime and adapt to dynamic production needs
