Specific responsibilities & competencies include, but are not limited to:
Business analytics & forecasting: Analyze sustainable finance performance trends (internal and market trends), investigate variance, frame up risks and opportunities, anticipate future outcomes, and make recommendations
New Product Development: Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new sustainable finance capabilities and products
Quality and clarity: Pursue standardization and clarity around how we analyze data, and support improvements in our data infrastructure to be more robust and reliable. Deliver error-free work and crystal clear insights to enable rapid response efforts and efficient decision-making. Scope of work examples include build, own & maintain Commercial Sustainable Finance Dashboards, own data and calculations to support ESG disclosures, and manage regular reporting to Commercial leadership
Clear results orientation: Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. Be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment. Lead individual workstreams to completion and support cross-functional Commercial ESG working groups

Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on data analysis and intellectual rigor
Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Learning Agility: Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. This includes an eagerness to pick up new skills including SQL and Python and investigate external data and tools relevant to ESG and Sustainable Finance initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 years of experience in analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, or Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience in SQL or Python or Data Visualization
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis
At least 2 years of experience in financial services
At least 1 years of experience in consulting
At least 1 year of experience in senior leadership communications
