Technical Directormust have a proven background in software engineering and experience developing, implementing,AAA game engines, tools, middleware, content and.looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a self-motivated approach to work.a track recordfor delivering high quality software. Must have professional experience with C++, shipped multiple titles, andsolid technical skills with game engine systems and engineering.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, or C#
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience shipping multiple video game titlesin a lead and/or leadership role
  • 6+ years of experience with modern game engines such as Unity, Unreal, or equivalent engine platform
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience working with external partners
  • Technical skills in a specialist field like AI, Animation, Audio, Rendering, or Tools Pipelines
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and algorithm development skills

Software Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
