In this role, you’re expected to:
Responsible for NAV review for Trustee Client
Support Trustee and Agency & Trust business
Ensure all expenses are in-line with the Trust Deed and Code of Collective Investment Scheme
Review and support trustee in errors and breach reporting and complaints
Assist in the annual due diligence on service providers, namely registrars and custodians
Ensure all audit/regulator/compliance review points are addressed satisfactorily
Verify all annual financial statements are prepared in accordance with RAP 7 and issued on a timely basis
To ensure timely processing of payments related to account bank services and escrow agency deals
Provide administrative support to Issuer & Payment Agent deals through the life of a debt program or bond
Handle client queries timely and in an accurate manner
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Degree in Banking / Finance or Accountancy
1 - 3 years experience in Fund Accounting or Trustee Operations will be preferred.
Strong working knowledge of NAV
Demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to write macros and rule logic, knowledge of SQL and data mapping will be a plus.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel & macros. Preferably with working knowledge of SQL and data mapping.
Service-oriented and client focused. A team player with strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
