What you'll do:
As a Talent Attraction Advisor, you will be responsible for recruiting internal and external candidates across our MEE region (Middle Eastern Europe).
You will be part of a team where you will:
• Manage all recruiting lifecycle activities including attraction, selection and offer negotiation for the assigned recruitment projects
• Source extensive pipelines through various platforms, networking, candidate referrals and other creative ways
• Understand and anticipate hiring needs and requirements by working closely with the business
• Build solid professional connections with leadership teams in different market units within MEE
• Become a real partner for all the hiring managers: you will be the person they will look go to for any Talent Attraction related topics
• Conduct interviews and support/guide candidates during the process
• Help hiring managers improve their interviewing skills
What you bring:
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience
• Excellent English and Czech
• Experience with identifying top talent using creative tactics
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
• Great communication skills
