Minimum Qualifications
- JD degree
- 15+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal department, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Attorney with 15+ years of experience managing complex complementary intellectual property litigation, strategy, and related risk management
- Significant experience managing post grant review proceedings in front of the PTAB
- Significant experience counseling companies on trade secret mitigation, both on outbound and inbound risks
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to communicate at a senior executive level, synthesizing complex legal and technical information for cross-functional leadership
- Experience managing cross-border legal issues and global teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance risk management and value creation in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $298,500 and $476,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
