The Role

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will lead our project teams, orchestrating day-to-day operations while fostering client relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding, inspiring, and influencing project direction, alongside mentoring team members. You will champion the design and execution of complex workstreams and solutions, delivering impactful results. Experience in leading client workshops, design sessions, and customer research clinics is essential. Thriving in dynamic environments, you will navigate ambiguity with agility and pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and define business needs through adept leadership in discussions, meetings, and workshops.
  • Craft business experience journeys across diverse sectors, pinpointing opportunities and process re-engineering for enhancement and optimization.
  • Recommend process improvements and/or technology-based solutions to address a client or organization’s business needs, leveraging insights gathered from the client to determine their challenges and priorities.
  • Desing end-to-end recommendations and initiative roadmap, combining process, people, data and technology components that are aligned with business objectives, ultimately enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, driving business operations, employee and/or customer experience improvements.
  • Strengthen stakeholder engagement by fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead intricate business design workstreams and teams, ensuring delivery aligns with quality, time, and budget expectations.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team culture, nurturing talent and driving excellence.
  • Contribute to advancing the Business Design and Transformation practice through industry events, thought leadership, and innovative methodologies.
  • Lead multifunctional teams in identifying business gaps, performing current state analysis, and designing solutions.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Seasoned in leveraging data analytics to extract meaningful insights, identify opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making throughout the transformation journey.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within client organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas, facilitate workshops, and present findings to diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and inspire high performance, driving successful project outcomes while nurturing talent and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Change Management: Proficiency in guiding organizations through large-scale transformations by effectively managing resistance, driving adoption, and ensuring sustainable change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 4-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles with problem-solving capacities.
  • Experience in business consulting, preferably within leading consultancy firms or energy companies, designing or delivering business-led and technology enabled transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with technology, digital and data analytics solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sector-specific customer experience knowledge, especially in the energy, infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of product management and development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking, UI/UX concepts.
