Job Description
  • Develops complex strategies, tactics and proposals to optimize and re-engineer the branch distribution system and other physical touch points.
  • Collaborates with other LOBs to inform strategy.
  • Analyzes internal and external data to understand performance, opportunity and competitive landscape.
  • Assesses company's ability to execute and achieve desired strategy.
  • Analyzes marketplace trends and competition to identify distribution related opportunities or threats.
  • Leads cross functional teams including marketing, design and construction to meet strategic customer experience objectives within financial guidelines.
  • Develops business cases for major capital investment decisions to continually drive firm's ability to reach targeted customers at an efficient cost.
  • Establishes the effectiveness of space assignments to ensure accurate resource allocation within project timelines.
  • Ensures a consistent customer experience across the retail network.
  • Partners with senior leadership to communicate vision and drive change.
  • Interprets market data for creative partners managing design process.
  • Develops business strategy working with multiple lines of business to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Identifies potential opportunities to improve the productivity.
  • Analyzes internal and external data to understands emerging retail trends, shifting business strategies, and changing consumer preferences.

Specific certifications are often required.
