Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Position interacts with Channel sales/sales support team members as well as other business partners frequently on a wide scope of items, including external communications, administrative and client support tasks and development/maintenance of marketing collateral and external reference documents.
  • Will work with Marketing partners on specified projects in support of the Correspondent team.
  • Candidate will need to develop a cross functional process for prioritizing assigned work and make appropriate progress on all items – those that are ongoing tasks as well as specific items with single timelines.
  • Success will initially be measured by demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously, accuracy and use of appropriate context in documents created/edited, time management skills.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Correspondent or Wholesale originations roles
  • Knowledge of third party loan life cycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience with Adobe Pro desired.
  • Technical writing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience
