Your responsibilities include:

• Working with the Manufacturing Plant leadership team to plan, forecast, and understand results for multiple value streams
• Financial planning and analysis to include annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly financial close and monthly expense reporting
• Evaluating production and financial data and analyzing trends to understand and improve key financial drivers
• Representing finance on key strategic and production initiatives
• Responding to ad hoc queries and assisting internal customers (which may include Senior Management)

What we’re looking for:
Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 3+ years of finance and business support experience
• Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters Degree
• Ability to work well in a complex, highly matrixed organization
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different value streams and business areas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail a must
• Manufacturing and project accounting experience
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, SAP, Essbase, or SmartView retrieves
