Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle and resolve business applications issues
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve end-user issues.
  • Follow up on technical projects and org-wide implementations to provide a post roll out hyper care support.
  • Handle the support process based on IT service system and adhere to the service KPIs as SLA for response and resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform root cause analysis of hardware-software SaaS and Business Applications issues to proactively suggest solutions to prevent future cases.
  • Willingness to support users in standby/shifts globally.

Qualifications and experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in business applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian in or IT support
  • An experience in Sales Operation – advantage
  • Salesforce Admin Certificate is an advantage
  • Service-oriented and a people person with high communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and Independent worker.
  • Troubleshooting and problem management skills
  • Willingness to learn new IT areas and aspects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
