As a Regulatory Digital Systems Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads IT systems support and master data management for 3M Medical Device/Cosmetic regulatory requirements (Consumer, Personal Safety, etc)

• Supports data integrity and master data management

• Website creation and management

• Interacts internally and externally to identify and optimize digital solutions to support medical device regulatory

• Provides regulatory operations support including digital process improvements and other regulatory assignments as required

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higherfrom an accredited universitycompleted and verified prior to start.

• Five (5) years of IT systems, regulatory, data analytics, or master data experience, in a private, public, government or military environment.

• Current and valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution

• Five (5) years of IT, data analytics, or Master data experience in medical device regulatory in a private, public, government or military environment

• Project management experience

• Skills include strong attention to detail, flexible, and track-record of execution

• Interest in supporting a global team

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN at least 2 days per week)
