Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define technical requirements and provide strategic integration solutions.

  • Lead the design, architecture and delivery of integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) and Tibco Flogo.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define technical requirements and provide strategic integration solutions.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in design, performance, and implementation.
  • Drive innovation by introducing best practices and the latest technologies in integration architecture.
  • Prepare and deliver technical technologies in integration and architecture.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of team members to build a strong technical team.

Skills:

  • Experience implementing an Enterprise Class middleware architecture using TIBCO.
  • Experience with API Management/Gateway solutions like Apigee and similar.
  • Experience with Web Services, SOAP/Rest API development
  • Familiarity with cloud-native solutions, and hybrid integration architecture, and devOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Tibco BusinessWorks (BW), Tibco Flogo and Tibco BusinessEvents (BE)
  • Knowledge with REST/SOAP services, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration solutions or hybrid architectures is a plus.
  • Knowledge on HDL and prior architect experience in designing and developing TIBCO integrations.

To qualify for the role Manager, you must have 8+ years of experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering 3-4 integration projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware and system design principles.
  • Ability to engage with clients, gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
