Key job responsibilities
Prototype Development & Innovation
- Lead rapid prototype development addressing specific Korean market needs
- Build full-stack solutions using multiple languages and frameworks
- Create production-rigor architectures that meet Korean enterprise requirements for scale, security, and compliance
- Utilize emerging technologies including AI/ML(GenAI), Analytics, and Data
Developer Enablement
- Create developer-focused content including sample code, tutorials, and reference architectures
- Conduct hands-on workshops and technical deep-dives
Customer Engagement
- Drive adoption of AWS services through proof-of-concept implementations
- Provide architectural guidance aligned with AWS best practices
Technical Leadership
- Contribute to AWS service roadmaps based on Korean market feedback
- Author technical content including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
- Present at AWS Summits and technical conferences

- 4+ years as a Solutions Architect/Software Development Engineer OR 8+ years programming experience
- Strong hands-on development skills in modern languages (Java, Python, C++, TypeScript, Rust, etc.)
- Experience building large-scale production systems
- Understanding of full software development lifecycle
- Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

- Experience with AWS services and architecture patterns
- Track record of successful PoC/prototype delivery
- Understanding of Korean enterprise IT landscape
- Public speaking and technical presentation experience
- Open source contribution history
- Agentic-SDLC Experience and Generative AI
