- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in service design or UX strategy within enterprise, consulting, or agency.
- Experience in data visualization, design, and prototyping tools and methods including AI tools.
- Experience in defining goals and drawing insights from user/market research.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing programs and projects, and with Ads, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience in working with security and privacy, safety, and legal teams.
- Ability to guide partner teams and junior team members in strategy, research, alignment, and analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including technical partners, and to influence cross-functional teams, and conduct research and data analytics.
- Ability to gather data sets, document complex processes, scenarios, and deliver clear information architecture and insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to manage various levels of executives, including directors and VPs.
