In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Effectively manage and provide oversight of high risk third party and Citi affiliate activities. Ensuring effective risk management practices are in place for third-party relationships, adhering to Citi’s Third-Party Risk Management program
  • Manage and perform critical Core Ops Payment processes. Ensure all processes are executed in accordance with Citi policies and procedures, complying with statutory regulations and laws and ensure enhancement and maintenance of internal controls to reduce/control risks and to improve operations standards
  • To partner various teams including products, technology, control and other support teams to deliver operational and business goals with paramount focus on timeliness, accuracy and control of delivering payment services. Lead industry payment related projects.
  • Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services
  • Handle all Audits – internal and external
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team member

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Bachelors’ degree in finance or related field with >15 years of relevant operational experience
  • Good understanding of managing large operations team, complex franchise critical processes and relevant controls
  • Meticulous and eye for detail and process improvement
  • Strategic thinking and Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communicate, leadership and management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical
