What you’ll be spending your time on:

We’re looking for an
Outsourcing Analystbased in Dublin, Ireland, to join our Outsourcing Program team. The Outsourcing Analyst will support the Outsourcing Program, which is responsible for ensuring that the Outsourcing framework for Payoneer’s regulated entities meets regulatory requirements in the US, Europe and in Asia. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain the key documents, policies and procedures related to the Outsourcing Program
• Analyze key outsourcing regulations to ensure compliance across all regions
• Support the monitoring of outsourced functions by analyzing departmental KPIs and metrics
• Assist with the risk assessment process for outsourced activities
• Develop new processes and improve existing ones
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the company

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in a compliance related environment (2+ years)
• Skilled at process improvement and problem solving

• Ability to analyze and draw meaningful insights from data
