As an AI Solution Advisor, you will guide customers through the process of understanding, selecting, and implementing AI solutions that meet their business needs. You will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide strategic advice, identify opportunities for AI integration, and ensure the successful deployment of AI technologies.

Your tasks include:

Client Needs Assessment:

• Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements.
• Gather and analyse client data to identify key areas where AI solutions can add value.

Feasibility Analysis:

• Evaluate the feasibility of proposed AI solutions based on technical, financial, and operational criteria.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential obstacles and mitigation strategies.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design AI solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop detailed solution architectures, including data pipelines, model selection, and integration points.
• Create technical specifications and documentation for the proposed solutions.
• Prototyping and Proof of Concept (PoC):
• Develop prototypes and PoCs to demonstrate the viability and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments and tests to validate the performance of AI models and algorithms.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine and improve the prototypes.

Data Preparation:

• Work with customers to collect, clean, and preprocess data required for AI model training and evaluation.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and transformation processes.
• Model Development:
• Select appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques based on the problem domain and data characteristics.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune AI models to achieve optimal performance.
• Implement feature engineering and selection to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.

Solution Integration:

• Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.
• Develop APIs and interfaces for seamless interaction between AI solutions and client applications.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the integrated solutions.
• Push the frontiers of what is possible in artificial intelligence to create new solutions.
• Explore, understand, and implement the most recent cloud platform and data pipeline technologies and approaches.
• Understand business processes that create and consume data to select the best approaches, evaluate their performance, and assess business relevance.
• Builds scalable and reusable data processing pipelines.
• Through continuous evaluation, analysis, and refinement of the system implementation, we aim to achieve excellence in terms of results quality and system scalability.
• Work closely with the team, customers, and partners to understand business and user requirements holistically and derive adequate application development concepts.
• Ability to work in global teams with different time zones.
• Immerse yourself quickly into new topics, terminology, and development tasks.

Educational and experience requirements
Required

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 7 years of working experience as a software developer, preferably in AI-focused cloud/container application development.
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and software design principles
• Strong coding development and debugging skills, including hands-on experience with Java, Go, and Python.
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs using frameworks like Spring, Flask, FastAPI, etc.
• Experience working with DevOps including but not limited to container technologies like Docker & Kubernetes, as well as Cloud Native technology stacks such as Istio, Helm, etcd, Argo, and Envoy
• Experience with cloud-based application development using platforms such as SAP's business technology platform, AWS, Azure & GCP.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language

Optional

• Familiar with LLM and supporting tools such as LangChain.
• Familiar with AIOps
• Experience in serving Deep Learning models on framework TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost etc.,
• Passionate to contribute to open-source projects.
• Have experience in SAP-related technologies, not limited to SAP Business AI, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP ABAP
• Knowledgeable in Sustainability topics, namely ESG reporting, Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3
