Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute the organization's sourcing strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers value.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, cost savings, and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
- Develop and use scorecards to measure and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing operations.
- Explore and evaluate new sources, methods, and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of materials.
Expected Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- P rogressive experience in Technology Strategic Sourcing and Procurement with proven success influencing VP+ level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in Telecom, Connectivity, Hardware, SaaS, Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Cloud Providers.
- Market-connected leader with strong, direct relationships across the technology ecosystem — able to anticipate shifts, shape negotiations, and advise the enterprise from a position of strength.
- Track record of leading large-scale sourcing transformations and designing modern operating models that deliver measurable business impact.
- Known for challenging the status quo and guiding executives through complex strategic decisions with clarity and authority.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and business acumen ; skilled at translating data and market insight into strategic direction.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Procurement certifications preferred.
- Global experience and proficiency in Category Management, Ariba, and BI tools.
