Key job responsibilities- Product Roadmap Execution: Execute the product roadmap by developing robust and scalable software solutions that automate and standardize engineering operations.
- Solution Identification: Help identify best-in-class solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in engineering services.- Innovation and Automation: Drive innovation by developing tools that simplify processes and improve the launch efficiency of new buildings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with object-oriented design and data structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS services and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor other engineers.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
