Does working with Security Analysts, Developers, and Program Management across a variety of areas excite you?   If so, the Gaming Security team would like to talk to you.

Our team supports the services, platform, and studios that make up the Gaming business.  In addition, we work with other Security teams within the company to ensure that we have the right tools and services to protect these key businesses.

Senior Director, Gaming Cloud Security -to help usdevelop cloudsolutions that help secure our business by partnering and engaging with engineering teams to improve our security posture.

This is a diverse role which requires the leader to have a balance as a partner working across Microsoft counterparts(Corporate and CloudSolutions) tothe Gaming business.

The successful candidate will have passion for security, collaboration skills, technical depth, coupled with the ability to bring others together in developing common solutions.  Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment are necessary. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with implementing secure cloud security systems.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • years experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing secure systems and architectures at scale
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • Experience with designing Cloud security guardrails and controls.
  • Understanding of the Software development ecosystem; frominceptionto delivery.
  • Certification in one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, AWS Certified Security Specialty.
  • track recordof improving reliability, availability, and performance of cloud services.
  • Experience developing andmaintaininglarge scale distributed systems.
  • Experience with Industry Compliance, Security, and Regulatory Standards: ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 Rev.

Technical Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • through model, coach, care,a team of security professionals.
  • Develop strategic agenda across the organization ensuring alignment and accountability to industry standard framework (NIST) for all cloud solutions.
  • Drive proactive security measures across diverse cloud environments.
  • Envision and architect high-quality distributed services, infrastructures, and components to enable security for our Gaming businesses
  • Partner with Microsoft Gaming, Microsoft Security, and partners to ensure ongoing alignment, engineering dependencies, and build solutions
  • Development of detailed roadmaps to coordinate the efforts of the engineering teams
  • Effectively collaborate across large organizations and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of software industry and cross-company best practices, technologies, architectures, and emerging technologies, and how these can apply to our product, business, service, and technology stack.
  • Design process and Operational Improvement opportunities across Security Compliance Programs.
