In this role, you will…
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Support clinical team to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Clinical Plans and clinical target.
- Create an education pathway to drive clinical confidence and skills of doctors
- Plan and manage clinical education program
- Manage clinical budget; conduct cost analysis
- Collaborate with align faculty, speakers and KOLs
- Manage clinical events- EMT, line OA
- Develop clinical education materials. Review and evaluate clinical content, such as a speaker deck, white paper, and publication. Assist with reviewing material for marketing/sales purposes.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing Managers to drive doctor engagement activities
- Provide all appropriate reporting to Thailand Clinical Support Manager and South Asia Associate Director, Clinical Support including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
- Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team
- Other projects assigned by the company
In this role, you’ll need …
Requirement / Criteria for the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably as a dentist.
- Work experience in professional education
- Proficient in English
- Effective communication and presentation skill
