Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with business intelligence and operational improvements (i.e identifying bottlenecks, automating processes, data visualization, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles with core responsibilities of building relationships and leading operational initiatives.
Experience creating and delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
Experience effectively influencing stakeholders on cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, People Operations, Corporate Engineering, etc.).
Experience in Technical products with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/Business-to-Business (B2B) Businesses.
