Develop and deliver comprehensive security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection, Zero Trust, secure access, and threat intelligence platforms, tailored to customer needs.

Lead architectural discussions and workshops with clients to align solutions with their business and technical objectives & Build high-level and detailed design documents, implementation plans, and deployment playbooks for security technologies.

Build and maintain positive relationships with CXO-level customers , acting as a trusted advisor on security strategy and architecture.

Drive conversations with industry leaders to position Cisco as the preferred security partner & represent Cisco at industry forums, conferences, and roundtables to share insights and demonstrate Cisco’s technology leadership.

Collaborate with internal and external customers, including sales, product, and engineering teams, to define and drive security solutions & provide technical escalation support for complex implementations and troubleshooting issues.

Stay updated on emerging security threats, industry trends, and Cisco’s evolving security portfolio to deliver innovative solutions.

Mentor and train delivery engineers, ensuring alignment with Cisco’s methodologies and security frameworks.

Support RFPs/RFIs, effort estimation, and proposal creation for professional services engagements & Develop reusable templates, tools, and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and standardization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a customer-facing solutions architect role.

Strong knowledge of Cisco’s security portfolio, including Cisco Secure Firewall (FTD/ASA), Secure Endpoint (AMP), Duo, Umbrella, ISE, SecureX, Tetration, and Stealthwatch, SSE, etc

Zero Trust architectures, SASE, VPNs, threat detection, incident response, and compliance standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, etc.)

Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and hybrid infrastructure, excellent communication and social skills to engage with diverse customer and internal stakeholders, including CXOs.

Consistent track record to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer success.

Demonstrated ability to influence and lead in cross-functional, multi-level engagements.
