EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Currently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Human psychology, anthropology, or sociology. or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.

As a part of our team, you will:

  • Bring knowledge of methodology and practices of social science research.
  • Will support cross-functional team members to define and prioritize research and to develop UX metrics.
  • You will support and conduct empirical research to understand and extract meaningful patterns of user behaviour.
  • Your research will generate user experience insights that will move our products forward.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with designers, engineers, developers, and product teams
  • Experience in applied product research and design thinking techniques is an asset. An empathetic, human-centric approach to research is a must.
  • Strong ability to communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways.
  • Experience moderating qualitative research.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • User experience tools & skills such as Figma, and design thinking skills.
  • A portfolio of work you’ve done that demonstrates the research methods that you learned about user needs while conducting the research.
