In this role, you will:

  • Manage, develop and lead a team of recruiters, program managers and coordinators supporting early career hiring and development for Banking interns, analysts and associates
  • Design and execute the end-to-end early career talent lifecycle inclusive of recruiting, onboarding, and program management
  • Develop and drive innovative, Banking-specific strategies to attract, recruit and retain high-potential early career talent
  • Manage full cycle recruiting deliverables including, but not limited to, demand planning, core school approach, selection strategies, event participation, candidate engagement, interviews, offer management, reporting and conversions
  • Consult and collaborate with business stakeholders, HR partners and peers on strategic early talent initiatives to meet current and future needs of CIB and the enterprise
  • Design, execute, and manage early career Banking programs while collaborating with Learning & Development to deliver impactful training and monitor program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CIB leaders on early talent trends, markets insights, and best practices while facilitating regular updates/reporting to stakeholders on recruiting outcomes and program performance
  • Identify and own opportunities for process improvement and risk control, particularly when implementing change and/or developing mitigation strategies
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources while establishing a culture of inclusion, feedback, talent development, individual engagement, team effectiveness, and change management
  • Lead CIB early career employer branding efforts, including social media and marketing collateral while attending key recruiting and program events
  • Demonstrate ability to influence change, manage conflict, challenge the status quo to build a best-in-class early careers function, and make strategic and/or difficult decisions to resolve highly complex issues


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent and Performance Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Passion for early career talent with experience in campus recruiting, early talent program management, or talent acquisition within financial services or investment banking
  • Experience and/or strong understanding of wholesale banking businesses, specifically the landscape and talent needs of Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Proven ability to build relationships while consulting, influencing and partnering at all levels across a complex and matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills
  • Proven experience collecting, analyzing, and providing data-driven recommendations to business leaders on go forward talent strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with learning organization to deliver effective training opportunities to program participants while assessing impact
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to manage, coach, and develop team members in multiple cities and in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting ATS systems, preferably Workday
  • Master's Degree Preferred


Job Expectations:

  • This position will require onsite presence at the location listed below in a hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay Range

$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
