Skills and attributes for success
- Knowledge of and ability to design remuneration structures including incentive programs, across local, regional and or international jurisdictions which could include taxation and legal implications.
- You may also be experiences in remuneration for organisations that are transacting (e.g. merging or demerging)
- An interest in the world around you and corporate ecosystems - making connections across companies, countries and experiences to bring the best to our clients.
- Ability to manager your own workload and at times, wokload of junior team members.
