We are looking for experienced professionals in the ESG domain to train variety of audiences on complex ESG topics and practices. In this position, you will have a sound knowledge of sustainability legislation and practise and be able to articulate this in a way that inspires the confidence to act. You will also be able to build trust with clients and training
attendees through understanding their concerns and anticipating their needs.

Preferred profile for this position

• Total 10+ yrs. of experience working in ESG domain with global exposure
• Strong technical knowledge in the domain of Climate Change, Decarbonization, ESG.
• Experience of executing/leading large projects for Government or business houses over several years is required
• Possesses understanding and execution experience of meeting SASB, GRI, CDP, TCFD including physical risk assessment and financial implications
• Understands upcoming technologies defining future decarbonization pathways such as Carbon Capture and Storage Blue/Green Hydrogen, Biofuels etc. Understanding of upcoming start-up ecosystem targeting decarbonization of hard to abate sector such as Steel, Cement, Power etc. would be an added advantage
• A competent and engaging communicator with a proven track record of transferring knowledge and understanding to a range of audiences
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of environmental issues either gained through formal education, in-work experience or through volunteering

Key roles and responsibilities

• Design and deliver ESG / sustainability related courses or modules to train and raise awareness among various audiences including leaders
• Facilitate discussion and paying due regard to diverging opinions and perspectives
• Develop innovative curriculum to meet the learning and development requirements for internal participants and teams across service lines
• Design ESG related digital and non-digital solution keeping in mind enterprise needs
• Working with different teams, identify and contact potential new L&D opportunities; build relationship with ongoing stakeholders for repeat business
• Responsible for high quality content delivery to ensure participants satisfaction.
• Work closely with Member firm Partners for planning and executing strategic initiatives. Engage with global Partners for creating value and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop thought leadership, research, exploring the business or macro-economic cases for ESG
• Analyse and measure factors in business models, products and services that enable long term environmental and social impact returns
• Undertake capability building based on key ESG trends, development of in-house tools and accelerators
• Lead got-to-market asset creation initiatives and collateral development
