And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in the area of program management, experience managing complex and large-scale and technology projects (including cost, schedule and performance for portfolios, programs, or individual projects), and developing/improving processes and procedures.Key job responsibilities
• Monitor the networking data center build program’s overall progress; anticipate risks, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
• Work with stakeholders (networking engineers/tech program managers/senior management) to define requirements and processes.
• Manage individual contributor job performance.
• Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade-offs needed.
• Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
• End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
• Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions.
• Report ad hoc, weekly, and monthly program and operating metrics.
• Keep the customer experience as the primary focus.
• The candidate must also be comfortable managing remote project delivery teams, and possess the ability to facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues and remove barriers to project success.

- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of project management experience OR 7 years of project management experience (experience can be substituted for degree).
- Minimum of 3 years managing teams ranging from 3-10+ direct reports.
- 3+ years of experience in managing complex technology or infrastructure related projects.
- 3+ years of experience involved in data centers, networking engineering, and/or systems engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
- Master’s Degree or advanced professional degree.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and MS Sharepoint.
- Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies as well as basic Python, SQL skills.
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills as well as a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment as well as a proven track record of earning trust, taking ownership, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
