As a Global Product Content Lead - ASD Integrated Marketing, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Contributing to and executing the annual product content plan. Position will understand the overall Annual Marketing Plan and determine best strategies to deliver results on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with portfolio marketing, demand generation teams, tech service and training teams to develop and execute on content marketing strategies and plans that build on relevant product content to help drive customers through the decision journey
  • Develop/optimize and approve content for product grouping (Base-Variant). Be knowledgeable in B2B product launches and content needed to support global distribution.
  • Lead complex projects while collaborating with cross functional Teams on key functional areas.
  • Manage and create winning product content for both internal and external audiences
  • Proactively bring forward ideas for product content creation of digital solutions including identifying where in the customer journey digital solutions best fit
  • Drive brand and product engagement across multiple multimedia platforms via relevant, scalable design supporting integrated marketing communications campaigns
  • Ability to work within brand standards while executing compelling design (brand expression). Ensures alignment with 3M brand identity
  • Work with external vendors (and internal services) on multimedia campaign development and execution as needed
  • Collaborate with the business, training and demand generation marketing operations teams on campaign strategies and marketing tactics to ensure execution aligns with the content plan
  • Work with globally based teams to provide direction on content strategy and plan to aide in local execution

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Six (6) years combined experience in digital marketing or marketing communications, focused on digital marketingin a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience with project management, account management, or similar role.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university
  • Six (6) years combined experience in digital marketing or marketing communications, focused on digital marketing
  • Experience with content marketing, marketing automation, or customer journey mapping
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Work location:

  • Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid) Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to a 3M Center at least 1 day per week)
