Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, and policies and processes such as business cycles, forecasting, sales compensation, contracting, and order booking.
Experience with leading large-scale programs or projects with global cross-functional teams in an organizations.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires daily communication with global teams in English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, as a trusted advisor providing integration guidance.
Knowledge of Order to Cash processes (e.g., provisioning, reporting, invoicing, and credit or collections).
Excellent business acumen, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and lead or influence cross-functional teams to achieve integration goals.
Excellent investigative and problem solving skills.
