Responsibilities:
1.Develop and optimize CNC machine operation programs based on product requirements;
2.Ensure proper machine setup for optimal machining results;
3.Regularly inspect product dimensions and precision to ensure compliance with standards;
4.Perform routine machine maintenance, promptly troubleshoot faults, and ensure production continuity;
5.Adjust machining parameters based on different material properties to achieve optimal results;
6.Collaborate with designers, manufacturing personnel, and other engineers to ensure smooth production processes;
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
2.Proficient in CNC machining processes; experience with post-die-casting CNC machining is a plus;
3.Understand programming languages such as G-code and M-code; capable of independently writing and modifying programs using MasterCAM or other CAM software;
4.Proficient in tool selection, application, and monitoring;
5.Proficient in selecting, using, maintaining, and monitoring coolants/cutting fluids;
6.Understand mechanical structures and operational principles, enabling effective design and improvement;
7.Ability to analyze production data, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance production efficiency;
8.Familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949;
9.Experience with machine networking and utilizing robotic arms or other equipment for automated product inspection and production.
