Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- 3 years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed storage systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in building reliable, scalable, and operationally excellent products.
- Ability to optimize system performance in a distributed storage environment by identifying bottlenecks, tuning critical paths, and improving resource allocation and utilization for both internal and external clients.
