Provide technical leadership in New Product Development (NPI) and Research and Technology (R&T).
Direct technical support and problem-solving activities for various functions.
Implement improvements to existing products and processes.
Guide obsolescence projects by identifying and validating alternative components and materials.
Conduct lab testing, data analysis, and report findings, while assisting the Project Manager with project planning and control.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with expertise in Electrochemistry and hands-on laboratory experience (good working knowledge of chemistry and gas sensor technologies are helpful).
Extensive experience in research, particularly in new technologies, within a scientific environment.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, including Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
Strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development.
Excellent data processing, report writing, and presentation skills, combined with a proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
