Key responsibilities
- Increase specification sales via the specification route
- Generate future sales opportunities with consultant, architects and project developers
- Manage project opportunities from initial customer request to deal closure, including technical drawings, calculations and simulations
- Support the Samsung Partners in their operational activities, like gathering specifications for projects, accompany visits to prospects, support with technical data.
- Support Partners in organizing (online) events and interaction with specifying parties and other stakeholders
- Manage training program and design (online) training material for Partners and external parties
- Monitor targets and performance (like KPI management, project pipeline funnel, win ratio)
- Be the intermediary between Baltics and EU HQ
- Collect, create and promote marketing material on case studies and best practices with Marketing department
- Support the development, promote and monitor Samsung selection and simulation tools
- Organize and contribute to conferences, internally for Partners and externally for specifying parties
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ experience in an international technical/mechanical role in HVAC in residential and commercial buildings
- IT literate in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, HVAC selection software, CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Familiar with seasonal efficiency, European policies, certification and regulations related to HVAC
- Proven work experience in complex matrix organization and international environments;
- Able to understand technical customer needs and translate this into complete solutions that add value to our customers and prospects
- Demonstrates a customer centric mindset and consultative selling approach
- Excellent communication skills since it is a supporting as a driving position with multi-level stakeholders in various organizations, both internal as external
- Organized, effective and positive person, able to work independently and within multicultural teams
- Empathetic, confident, persuasive, creative and a strong representative of the pre sales team within the internal organization
- E self-starter with leadership skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks and priorities with tight deadlines simultaneously
- Fluent (speaking and writing) in (Technical) English
- Open to travel frequently, mostly within Baltics approximately 30% of the time
