Job responsibilities

• Proven track record in partnering with Technology, Legal and Compliance to implement change and drive operations agenda.
• Solid understanding of OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably for Rates as an asset class. [10+ year experience preferred]
• Proven track record in partnering with Technology, Legal and Compliance to implement change and drive operations agenda.
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls.
• Understanding Regulatory requirements and reporting is desirable

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

• Excellent delivery record in previous roles, ability to manage changing priorities and high volume processes
• Experience of OTC derivative processing/lifecycle, in one or multiple asset classes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, at all levels
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Have a proactive, focused approach, looking at continuous ways to improve the control and operational environment.
• Strong PC skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong risk and controls awareness, attention to detail
