Responsibilities Include:
- Resolution of exceptions and escalation to ensure balance management monitoring processes are completed timely each day
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions to resolve exceptions throughout market cut-offs
- Completion of supervisory checks and approvals on key process controls
- Investigation of root cause of overdrawn bank accounts identifying process improvement opportunities
- Working closely with settlement operations to provide seamless services for our clients
- Set-up of client settlement and confirmation static
- Contribute to the global strategy & initiatives, partnering with the wider global team
- Challenging the team’s processes and generating ideas to improve how we do things
